European Union is formed by 28 countries and has many cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. Of all those great cities of the EU, we present the top 10 most populated cities in European Union. 10. BUCHAREST
Bucharest, the capital and largest city of Romania, located southeast of the country.

9. WARSAW

Vienna, located on the Danube River, is the capital of Austria and with 1,775,843 inhabitants, data for the year 2011, is the seventh most populous EU. It has a metropolitan area with a population of about 2,419,000 inhabitants.

As the state capital, it is the seat of Government, Parliament, the residence of the Kings of Spain and Prime Minister. It also hosts international organizations like the World Tourism Organization, part of the UN International Organization of Securities Commission, among others. Second largest city in the European Union, with 3,375,222 inhabitants, as per the data for the year 2012. Berlin is Germany’s capital and one of the sixteen German states. It is located to the northeast of Germany, about 70 kilometers from the border with Poland.
Almost completely destroyed during World War II, it was rebuilt, divided, as East Berlin, capital of East Germany and West Berlin, an enclave of the Federal Republic of Germany.
